Roof Inspector

The Autonomous Platform for End-to-End Roof Inspections

Automating Every Step of Roof Inspection—from Drone Flight to Data Insights

A drone inspecting a tiled roof, with an Arcubia inspection report open on a laptop.

What we do

One continuous workflow, from capture to documentation.

1
Autonomous flight
Draw a polygon around the roof on the map. The drone then flies itself: first an overview, then a closer pass over the details. Nobody has to stand on the roof and pilot.
2
Analysis in 3D
The flight comes back as a 3D model of the roof. Missing tiles, cracks, and blocked gutters are marked on the building, so you are not scrolling through a folder of photos.
3
Inspection report
Those findings become one report: what is damaged, where it sits, and what to do next. The same structure every time, ready to show a client or to plan the repair.

What you get

  • Safer than walking the roof

The inspection happens from the air, without ladders or fall risk on the roof.

  • Less effort

Flight, analysis, and documentation stay in one workflow instead of separate tools.

  • Comparable results

The same capture and the same report, even when nobody on the crew is a drone specialist.

Let's advance roof inspection.

We welcome pilot projects and an open exchange with roofers, building teams, and partners who want to try a real roof inspection together.
